8th March, 2011
A special event was organized by Baghbaan on n March 08, 2011 (Women's Day). This event was attended by many notable and prominent personalities of the city. Ms. Najma Hameed (senator and president women wing, Pakistan Muslim League-N) was the chief guest of the evening. Former district nazim Raja Javed Ikhlas and Zafar Hussain Shah (DO social welfare office, Rawalpindi) along with many other distinguished personalities were also present at the event.
Year - 2011
The prevalent economic crisis has led to an exponential rise in poverty in Pakistan. Keeping in context the current situation the foundation is determined to do its bit to ease the burdens of the common man. The foundation has created food distribution points at various locations throughout the city to make the availability of free food possible to the underprivileged of the society. The foundation distributes free food to about 200 people everyday at Sunday bazaar. The foundation also distributes food to approximately 200 poverty stricken people everyday at Committee Chowk Bghbaan distributes food at Dar-al-Flah, Khanna Road, where 70 deserving women and children eat a hearty meal everyday due to the foundation's contributions.
October, 2010
To provide medical cover and prevent epidemic outbreak the foundation established free medical camps in flood hit areas of Punjab and Khyber Pakhtoon Khawa in October 2010. These camps were setup in places like Risalpur, Sabaq Sharif, Charsada, Awanabad, Shah Bara, Noshera, and Kamay Korona. The medical camps played a pivotal role in providing medical relief to the flood affected people and provided free medical care to over 700 patients.

In October 2010 food and other necessities were distributed among flood affected people of Punjab and Khyber Pakhtoon Khawa under the banner of Baghbaan Foundation. The relief goods were delivered to over 4000 families in the remotest of flood affected areas like Risalpur, Sabaq Sharif, Charsada, Awanabad, Shah Bara, Noshera, Kamay Korona, Main Wali and Jacobabad.
2nd August, 2010
On August 02, 2010 a relief camp was setup at Committee Chowk, Rawalpindi by the foundation to collect aid for the flood victims. The people of Rawalpindi showing complete faith in the foundation donated generously to the camp setup by it.

Food and other necessities were gathered in large quantities for the flood affected people.
7th March, 2010
A free medical camp was organized by the foundation in Kahota on March 07, 2010 where almost 275 people were provided with medical treatment free of cost.

This medical camp also provided free vaccinations for Hepatitis B and C to people.

In 2009 Baghbaan established a food distribution network in Sunday bazaar, Rawalpindi. Each year in the month of Ramadan this network provides Iftari (food) to 200-250 people of limited means daily.

Baghbaan, under the supervision of Ms. Saba Sadiq (advisor to the chief minister of Punjab) setup a free medical camp to provide medical cover to the IDP's (Internally Displaced Persons) of Swat and Bajoor.

The camp provided free medical care to approximately 500 people.
14th August, 2009
On August 14, 2009 the foundation installed ultrasound equipment at the Sunday bazaar clinic.

This facility has benefitted hundreds of patients to date.

Baghbaan foundation started a fifth free medical clinic in Rawalpindi's Dhok Hukam Daad area to facilitate people who do not have access to professional health care services.

This clinic currently provides free medical attention to about 100 patients daily.
20th July, 2009
On July 20, 2009 the foundation made its fourth free medical clinic operational in Arya Mohalla, Rawalpindi.

This clinic addresses the medical needs of 150 patients free of cost everyday.
June, 2009
In May and June of 2009 Baghbaan under the direct supervision of the chief minister of Punjab Mr. Mian Shahbaz Sharif, provided 2000 families IDP's of Swat and Bajoor with food and other necessities of life.

Baghbaan foundation started its third free medical clinic in Sunday bazaar on July 01, 2009. Ms. Najma Hameed was the chief guest at the inaugural ceremony. Zafar Hussain Shah (DO Social Welfare Office, Rawalpindi) also attended the ceremony. This clinic provides free medical care to approximately 150 patients everyday.
30th January, 2009
Another free medical clinic was put into operation by the foundation on January 30, 2009 at Fazalabad, Rawalpindi.

This clinic currently provides 125 patients with free medical care on a daily basis.

2nd October, 2008

Baghbaan's inaugural ceremony was held at Palki Banquet Hall on October 02, 2008. The ceremony was presided over by Dr. Zaheer Ahmad (chief executive Shifa Internatioanl, chairman Tameer-e-Millat Fondation). The event was attended by many renowned personalities from all facets of life.

The attendees included: Mr. Mukhtar Ahmed Islahi (Daily Assas), Mr. F.M Rasheed (Principal FG School, Rawaplindi) and Molana Imtiaz Usmani.
1st June, 2008
On June 01, 2008, the Baghbaan Foundation formally initiated its first Free Medical Clinic in Rawalpindi's Dhok Khabba area.

Mr. Zafar Illahi (Nazim UC 43) was the chief guest of the inaugural ceremony. Moreover, Mr. Chaudhry Zaheer (Patron Trader's Union Murree Road) and Dr. Farzand Ali also consecrated the ceremony with their presence.
